Also got hands-on with Ana Health's core care-delivery platform. The goal was to make it stable enough to cut down the response time between patients and our doctors — pulling together our contact center (Twilio Flex), our CRM data, and the electronic health record system where each patient's health data lived. We set a 4-minute average response-time target between patient outreach and the care team as we scaled to nearly 1,000 patients supported by ~30 healthcare professionals.

We leaned into Outbound Sales instead, but that started to saturate too, so we restructured it from the ground up — and eventually moved to Inbound, which converted much better.
