Researcher and builder
Over the last five years I helped build a digital health company from its first employee, then structured national R&D programs that secured more than R$5 million in non-dilutive funding. I am now doing research in TMU Toronto to evaluate models in healhcare tasks.

Cappis Coworking Movement — a weekly gathering where artists, engineers, founders, researchers and designers collide to push the passion projects that usually get put off.
Structured national AI innovation programs with the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), securing roughly R$5M in non-dilutive grants.
Also got hands-on with Ana Health's core care-delivery platform. The goal was to make it stable enough to cut down the response time between patients and our doctors — pulling together our contact center (Twilio Flex), our CRM data, and the electronic health record system where each patient's health data lived. We set a 4-minute average response-time target between patient outreach and the care team as we scaled to nearly 1,000 patients supported by ~30 healthcare professionals.
Joined as Ana Health's first employee, building a product from zero against huge, incumbent health insurance plans. We tried a content strategy first, but it never really took off. We leaned into Outbound Sales instead, but that started to saturate too, so we restructured it from the ground up — and eventually moved to Inbound, which converted much better.
A new, small Formula SAE team. We led project management across five core engineering and operations areas and reached our first national competition with the car — but it broke down during the final race.
